1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the fb33 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any winnings or bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and at any point where fb33 requests updated information. fb33 is entitled to suspend or permanently close any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your fb33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fb33 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain login security.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

fb33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued national identification card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of payment method ownership, before withdrawals are processed. fb33 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

fb33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fb33 does not accept cryptocurrency or any payment method not explicitly listed on the platform's deposit page.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual payment method limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set on a per-account and per-method basis and may be adjusted by fb33 at its discretion, including in response to responsible gaming controls or verification status.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. fb33 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of request approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), though processing times may vary based on the player's payment provider. fb33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Currency

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received. Wagers placed using Real Funds do not count towards the bonus wagering requirement unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free spins are subject to an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire will be removed from the account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to note and comply with the expiry terms of any bonus accepted.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

fb33 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event where the outcome is known, where pricing errors have occurred, or where the bet is suspected to be part of a fraudulent or irregular betting pattern. Bets are only confirmed once accepted by the fb33 system and a confirmation reference is generated.

7.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on fb33 covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures including Tests, ODIs, and T20Is. All cricket markets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant cricket governing body. In the event of match abandonment or interruption, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply as displayed on the relevant event page.

7.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are placed in real time during an ongoing sporting event. fb33 operates a short delay between the live event and the platform's live feed to manage integrity risk. 7.4 Errors and System Faults
